1. Orders received without full payment will not be processed.
2. 7-14 working days delivery applied from the time your full payment is received.

Return Policy

1. Givethanks Souvenirs offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with our product, you must arrange any return with us within 7 days of delivery. There will be a 15% restocking fee to cover the costs of handling and return.
2. The shipping fee charged is non-refundable.
3. We are unable to issue a refund for any return postage. You will need to arrange for the return and pay for the return shipping costs.
4. We will send a gift voucher within 14 days from the day we received the return products.
